Do I need an appointment?+
Appointments are recommended so we can allocate appropriate consultation time, especially for ultrasound, FNA or allergy testing. Contact us by phone, LINE or book online.
Do you see children?+
The clinic provides pediatric ENT assessment when clinically indicated. Your doctor will evaluate symptoms and explain care options appropriate for the child's age.
Can I have an ultrasound on the same visit?+
Thyroid and neck ultrasound is performed when clinically indicated. Your doctor will assess your symptoms and examination findings before recommending imaging.
Do I need to prepare for nasal endoscopy?+
Fasting is usually not required. You may be asked to avoid decongestant sprays beforehand. Your doctor will explain the steps and what to expect on the day of your appointment.
Do I need a referral letter?+
A referral is not required. You can book directly for consultation with the otolaryngologist.
How long does a consultation take?+
Duration depends on symptoms and any additional assessments needed. A typical consultation takes about 15–30 minutes; additional tests may extend the visit.
